Hi Emily. Thanks for your review. We're very sorry that there was a slight delay in your driver picking you up. Unfortunately they were held up coming up the mountain. I have spoken to the team though and they told me that time was made up on the journey and you arrived in plenty of time for your flight. Sorry for the inconvenience though.

Would definitely recomend these guys! Very accomidating, Even brought forward our transfer to make sure we got off resort before the snow storm hit and stranded us!

Great service! Highly recommended.

Thanks for your feedback. I do apologise that you were delayed in leaving Geneva airport on this occasion. In order to make the low-cost shared transfer service work we have buses pick-up from resort in the morning and then return from GVA in the afternoon (much as an airline would). As you saw, the weather was particularly bad in the resorts on your day of travel, and this is what caused the knock-on delay to your journey. We try to do everything we can to avoid this - but sorry it affected you this time round...

Thanks for your feedback. As you suggest, the normal 19 seat minibus that we use for large group private transfers was hit by another vehicle at around 11:00 the night before your transfer. Therefore we had to use 2 smaller vehicles, and also draft in a reserve driver to accompany your main / intended driver. We're very sorry that this impacted on your journey comfort though - and we will speak to the driver concerned to make sure they drive safely in the future. Our apologies about that...

Bus was over an hour late leaving Geneva and the guides were unhelpful in resolving the issue and were not providing us with correct information. The bus was very cold. On the way back, the mini van...

Hello and thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry that your incoming transfer was late in departing from Geneva airport. Unfortunately the driver was held up on the journey to the airport which created this delay on the return trip. We think the airport reps are normally very good at communicating with customers, but I will speak to them about this specific occasion. We do rely on the drivers to be clear when meeting passengers in resort, and it seems that this driver was not particularly helpful - we will make sure they are better in the future. I'm glad that your 2nd driver was helpful and friendly.

Relatively cheap, smooth journey.

I made a small mistake when I booked the shared transfer. Snowbus was very quick to response to my emails and resolved the issue.

Thanks for your review. For shared transfers going to resorts like La Tania we do ask passengers to change into smaller buses to go up the mountain - this is one of the ways that we try to keep costs down for all customers. Sometimes these smaller buses arrive early to meet the main bus, but we're glad that the schedule was maintained and you arrived at the correct time.
