Aufgrund von Corona musste ich den Shuttle stornieren und hatte innerhalb weniger Tage mein Geld zurück.

Von Shuttle Direct wurde ich sofort darüber informiert, dass der Transfer nicht stattfindet und einige Tage später wurde...
Verlangen trotz unverschuldeten Storno durch Corona (höhere Gewalt) 10€ Gebühr - klar, ist in den AGB so geregelt, aber kundenfreundlich geht anders!

Aufgrund der Coronakrise mussten wir den Shuttleservice stornieren! Das hat anstandslos geklappt und der bereits gezahlte Betrag wurde sehr kurzfristig zurücküberwiesen. Ordentliches Unternehmen!

Leider mussten wir unseren Bus annullieren wegen Corona. Das ging alles reibungslos und wir erhielten das Geld zurück.
Wurde am Telefon sehr freundlich und kompetent bedient. 👍👍
Der Transfer wurde von unserer Seite aufgrund der weltweiten Reisewarnung storniert. Der bereits bezahlte Betrag wurde erstatt, allerdings abzüglich 10 Euro "Bearbeitungsgebühr".
