ISA Maturity Request not followed.

I asked you to transfer whole of my matured isa account ( including interest ) into a new isa account. Unfortunately, the accrued interest was paid into my NatWest account.

If your maturing ISA Account was set to have interest paid away then this would then have been actioned on maturity and interest would have been sent to your nominated account.
