Disloyal to existing customers

As a specialist bank, any new products we launch are designed to meet current funding requirements and are priced competitively in the market. As such, they may only be available for a limited period and can be withdrawn at short notice. Our current product range is open to all our customers. Existing customers can open any of our new ISA, Access or Bond accounts using a shortened application process, while they are available.
