Too much effort

Website is clunky, and you get a lot of error messages. On maturity of a fixed rate bond they offered better rates for new customers than for existing ones - disrespectful. Can take a long time to...

Existing customers can open any of our new ISA, Access or Bond accounts using a shortened application process, while they are available. We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you have had trying to get hold of us. We have recently experienced a high volume of calls, and secure messages. This means we have been unable to deliver our usual high standard of customer service.
