We are so sorry that you have experienced this and appreciate just how disappointed you must have been! It looks as though the order had been processed incorrectly initially and unfortunately, we were unaware of this error until the email came through via our website contact form. It looks as though a member of our customer care team has been touch and arranged for a replacement to be sent to you which, as I understand, has now been received and the issue resolved. The partial refund had been issued at the time of the order but appreciate that this may not have been immediately visible. Please understand that this is not the high standard of service that we continually strive for and we are truly sorry that this has been your experience in this instance.
