Hi Martin, I'm really sorry to hear that you've hurt your back and I hope that you're feeling better now. Unfortunately as an RTO our hands are tied with this one and it is our job to follow ASQA's guidelines which clearly state that CPR must be completed on the floor for the required time in order to achieve competency. Given that this is an ASQA issue, I would recommend reaching out to them and voicing your concerns directly to them. That doesn't justify you being treated badly, and I hope that the trainer explained all of this to you in a respectful way. I will make sure to follow it up directly with the trainer.
