The presenter was engaging with a sense of humour. The practical part was not at all intimidating as she put us at ease.

The quality of the day was made by the presenter and the experience he brought with him. I'm unsure on the value in some first aid training being virtual.
This is my second time, completing my first aid through real response. I love that I can do this from the comfort of my own home, and the lady that hosted the last first aid and CPR was amazing.

I enjoyed the training. It was better than my previous year experience. I really enjoyed the practical simulations. The booking process is easy, it's all easy to find parking near the venue.
