Good service but very expensive - £34 charge for 2 rail tickets under £100!

The service provided was good but the tickets were only e mailed and I had to print them myself and was very expensive £34 for 2 rail tickets under £100!

They sorted out the whole trip including my family from America joining us in Paris . I did have to change a detail once , no Problem for them ! Then I needed another person to add on , again no...
