Hi, thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We do send out thousands of lengths of cladding every month without incident, unfortunately on this occasion it seems our carrier let us down. I have looked into the refund and that was a genuine error, the operative mistakenly assumed that as you only requested one length to be replaced the other two were usable. A further refund has been processed for this today. I hope that we have a future opportunity to put things right and prove to you that our normal levels of service are much better than this.

As one of the few companies that offer 5m lengths we do occasionally suffer from damage in transit. Fortunately this is a rare occurrence and we do put things right as soon as we are made aware of any problems. We have experimented with a number of different methods of wrapping cladding over a prolonged period and bubble wrap is still the best solution we have found to both protect the goods and avoid the need to pass on additional cost to the customer.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
