We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service, which as you can see from our other reviews we do pride ourselves upon. If there is anything that we can do to put things right we would love to have the opportunity to prove ourselves to you on any future requirements you may have, and we would be happy to offer you a discount on a future order by way of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

We strongly dispute this version of events. The goods were delivered at the end of August, but were not returned until November 8th – way outside of our 28 day standard period for returns. We only agreed to take the goods back as a gesture of goodwill as the customer’s builder had apparently advised them to order the wrong size, and they wished to reorder the correct size. However when the goods were checked back into our warehouse (signed for as damaged) they were found to be dirty and scratched as a result of being left on site for over two months. Two senior members of staff spent over an hour attempting to remove the marks and scratches, some of which proved impossible to resolve. The customer was reimbursed for all items that were saleable, and even for some items that were not but that we felt we could use in-house.This customer was verbally abusive to a number of our staff on more than one occasion. When informed that we could not refund the damaged items, the customer demanded that they were returned to site once more, which we duly arranged at our own cost.
