Many thanks for your recent feedback. Please accept my apologies that you have had to contact us is relation to inaccuracies on your documentation. Having investigated the events which led up to this it would appear we received an inaccurate statement of fact from your insurer and regrettably this was issued to you with 2 errors contained. Having made your insurer aware of the errors, we obtained what we believed to be the corrected document, however this was emailed to you prior to it being checked by us and the document was still incorrect. It is our usual practice to check all documentation prior to issuing to clients and I apologise that in this instance it was either not done or done without sufficient level of detail to ensure it was correct. We have been waiting on the insurer to supply us with the corrected documentation since 01/08/14 and I am pleased to confirm this has now been received. It will be emailed to you later today and a member of our customer service team will also call you to ensure it is now correct. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and apologise you have spent time trying to rectify the problem.
