We appreciate that you may be frustrated that insurance costs in the UK have been subject to strong inflation in recent years. However we feel it is unfair to state hidden fees have been applied to your motor trade insurance. After reviewing your policy, we can see that your renewal included a standard broker administration fee, which was stated clearly in your renewal invitation. You also opted for a finance plan to spread the cost of your insurance, which included interest charges which were outlined transparently. We work very hard to ensure our service levels remain excellent and the policies we offer from insurers are priced as competitively as possible.
