When it came to making a claim. Plan and Erridge weren't interested in chasing details to prove I awasn't at fault. This has cost me £500 in XS plus extra premiums each year. I wouldn't recommend...

Decision making regarding whether to settle or pursue the matter further resides with the insurer or their delegated representatives. However, our head of product did successfully work with your insurer to rate your renewal at the level of NCD you had built up prior to the incident, leading to a reduction in the required renewal premium, which you accepted. We hope that demonstrates our commitment to supporting you in these difficult circumstances. Though we will review our services following your feedback and consider any areas that can be improved.
