All of the information on how to submit assignments, how to contact the student support team and how to contact your tutor are included in your welcome pack. I have had a look into this for you and can see you have been in contact with your tutor several times and your tutor fully explained what to do. You then replied with an apology citing personal reasons for not getting started on your course and thanked your tutor for her patience.
The last correspondence we had from you was that you were starting the course at the start of this year. Your tutor replied and since then we have heard nothing from you. We would be more than happy to send copies of the correspondence over for your reference. A refund request however, has not been found. It may be that your complaint went to the wrong email address.
The last thing we want is for our students to feel unsupported, no matter what the reason. We would appreciate the chance to talk to you personally so we can see how we can resolve this and help you achieve your goals.
