I've just looked into our systems and can't see any breach - you were securely connected to our website and we use Stripe as our payment provider, who are one of the biggest and most secure payment providers. I'll continue to keep a close eye on all of our systems in order to ensure complete security, but I'm glad you managed to identify it early enough and didn't suffer any losses.

Hi Mr Sohal, Apologies, there may have been some miscommunication. The ONE P70w's taken and those on display are the same. I suspect that some improvements/other speakers we may be working on may have been alluded to by mistake. In most cases using the optical boost feature or using a TV via aux will make things as loud as expected, unfortunately TV and set top box manufacturers do sometimes truncate the gain/volume on digital outputs. I did learn of the issues you experienced but as the bars had already been returned I could not help rectify the TV/Set top box truncated volume issue. I would be happy to learn a little more about your set up and make some suggestions to get the most out of a Speaker/Soundbar (hopefully Orbitsound) for you. SD

That beinf the case the optical boost would have increased the volume somewhat. A direct AUX or Bluetooth connection can also break the chain (so to speak) and force the Sky box/TV to output audio at a higher gain.
