Really bad experience first time using site they lost my order not good at all only good thing I can say is they refunded money but that is all nothing eles thought would of had more with been new...

While we did everything we could to resolve this immediately by issuing a full refund within minutes of your message, I understand how disappointing it is not to receive your items. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of the delivery network, but we take full responsibility for ensuring our customers aren't out of pocket when they let us down.
