Easy to book, returning customers
Easy to book and clear options for rooms and prices. choice to add extras too.
Would be helpful if you could see prices to compare against diff dates rather than re search each time

easy to book through the site but also misleading when additional day was added, web-site took that day from hotel check-in. We had to enquire on the dates that was on the tickets to confirm that...

Customer service was great on the phone, however the website doesn’t show future opening dates past January so ended up booking originally when the park was closed.

Good but could be clearer
It was easy to pick and choose the different options. The only downside was I wanted to upgrade our stay with VIP tickets. There didn’t seem to be a way to do it online. Maybe because the VIP tickets...
