Easily booked online, no details to ask who it was for as it was a Christmas gift, so I wasn’t the lead guest. Couldn’t change it

The date for theme park tickets is the day we arrive, when staying two nights I need my park passes for 2 day not arrival day. So know I have to phone up and change date for entry to the park
