Great place to stay but swimming system needs review
The staff were excellent, very keen to resolve any issues and very helpful. One disappointment was the swimming pool. The pool is inadequate for the demand and therefore, there is a constant waiting...

Good efficient telephone booking.
We had to make our booking by phone as we needed to link it to others going at the same time, Kim, the person booking was very efferent and fun along with it and we seem to have sorted out everything...

Legoland insetday booking
Service was fine except it was a bit confusing whether we had booked one or two days at the park and which Holiday inn hotel we had booked (there are two nearby).

Overall a good experience
Had an error whilst using the website which couldnt be resolved. Rang the customer services & spoke with a lovely lady called Liz. She was able to book all our trip, explained everything we needed to...

Not good enough
We had high expectations from this vacation, but were disappointed.
Restaurant was too busy to enjoy and food selection and quality was poor. check in time is too late, check out time too early....
