Dear Mr & Mrs Grey,
Thank you for taking time to give feedback, we are pleased to hear your are happy with your new Madrid furniture along with the service from our friendly staff. We also thank you for pointing out our administration error. Rattan/cane furniture is a natural product which means as retailers we have no control over the shade of cane. The Madrid range is a light oak finish which is light in colour. We hope you have many years of pleasure from your new furniture.
