Dear Mr Sorrell.
Thank you for taking time to give feedback, feedback is very important to us to help us maintain and improve our usually very high standards of customer service. I'm sorry you felt let down because of extended delivery times, due to circumstances beyond our control, on this occasion our supplier had delivery delays on Chichester 3 mt grey parasols which we were unaware of. We hope you enjoy your parasol for many years to come.
