Thank you for your feedback about your experience with our airport transfers service. Regrettable that you were not informed about the recent arrangement with our partners at Airport Direct for more frequent departures to and from the airport.. The shared shuttle service is always carried out in a way that the larger coach will take passengers to the main depot where smaller shuttles will take each one to their respective hotels and tour bus stops. This may take some time to arrange. As for the return journey, the pickup started at 05:30 from hotels and tour bus stops for a departure from Reykjavik at 06:00 - GPS tracking of the shuttle indicates that you were collected at 05:47 within the time frame. As before the transfer to the larger coach was intended but apparently the driver was instructed to go straight to the airport after collecting passenger. I do hope that your visit with us in Iceland was enjoyable
