Wonderful

Thank you for your feedback. According to your booking you had the 13:00 departure selected when you made your reservation. We depart every hour on the hour and this is what you selected. The booking did not indicate except main terminal in Reykjavik but glad we were able to offer you the dropoff at Hamraborg on the way I hope you will enjoy your visit with us in Iceland

Whilst the bus was on time as per the ticket we booked, we were made to wait in a random location outside of the airport in -11°c with no signage or way of knowing you were in the right location....

Very poor service.

Do not overbook transfer bus leaving a driver to ask people to get off. Telling passengers to go for bus with no seat available!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE
