Thank you for the feedback. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused - we will certainly have a word with the staff. The misunderstanding of the two hotels is regrettably frequent, one is Hotel Island and the other is Hotel Iceland as driver seems to have understood you were all going to the former. I do hope that your visit with us during holidays was pleasant after all

Great service even when things go wrong. Something went wrong with the on line booking and so we paid but the booking was for the wrong day. Used the large bus and made it in good time to airport....
