Poor customer service - $65 lost.

Thank you for taking the time in writing us this review. We understand you are not satisfied with our resolution and we hope that the indemnity letter we provided you will help you claim insurance. As we explained in the email sent to you, as the tour was operated and seats were reserved for your, per t&c we do not take any liability in case of cancelations/delays outside of our control, such as sea conditions in your case which led to your ship being delayed. We recommend our customers to have a valid travel insurance which should cover for expenses in such cases.

Courteous Driver
