Confused and Disconnected

It was a little confusing having a Grayline ticket and using an orange bus with another name. I understand they are merging, but this was not clear upon arrival. Also, no Wi-Fi which was advertised....

Correct on time, they do what they promis. Airport transfer KEF;

Everything ok, the bus was just on time and they even change my booking with an hour earlier because my return flight has changed.

We had a large group (17 people) and did Golden circle tour and Southern Iceland tours. Enjoyed the comfortable buses , commentary by the guides and the wonderful sights !

No one showed up. They informed i me it was some internal error , but when you book a private driver and no one shows up it’s hard to get a rating above 1 star.

Good service just a little confused about the difference location to pickup

Good Service, and didn’t know they pick you up and take you to a main bus station and you switch buses because Iceland doesn’t want big buses in there city’s I learned
