Well planned and executed tour

The tour covered good highlights with an entertaining commentary. Bus was new and well presented and feeder bus arrangements worked well.

Departure time was 10am but bus left at 9:43am causing people to miss tour

Tour was scheduled for 10 am departure from the cruise harbor. Bus left at 9:43 AM. Causing many people to miss bus. Company refused to do refunds. Do not book with this company.!!!

Thank you for taking the time in letting us know about your experience with us. We regret to see that you did not join us for the tour, but as we detailed you in the several emails we sent, your pick up started at 09:30 so you needed to be ready then at your pick up point. Departure time was set as 10:00 from Reykjavik Terminal and not the cruise port. Customers are being picked up from all over Reykjavik and brought to Reykjavik Terminal for their tour. On your voucher as well as in the tour description it is stated that pick up starts 30 min prior departure time. Customers need to be ready at their pick up point when pick up starts as the driver can arrive any time in the 30 min window.
