Thank you, Marcos, for taking the time in writing us this review. We are sorry to see that you did not use our transfer but we do not find the 1 star review quite fair. Your pick up was scheduled to start at 11:30 and as you know the driver can show up any minute inside the 30 min window they have, as your departure was at 12:00. Our driver was at your pick up location for 4 minutes, between 11:33 and 11:37 and picked up 6 other customers, so the bus you saw passing by was most probably assigned for another task other than picking up from your location. Therefore we re not sure why you did not approach out driver and join the pick up service as booked. What my colleague has explained to you over email is that in such situation, when you wait for the pick up and are concerned about it, it is faster and easier to call, rather than sending an email. As we are receiving a large amount of emails, it may take some time to get to your request, whilst the phone call can speed things up. Our team can monitor where the driver is and if he already been there or is on the way.
