We’d like to clarify that your booking was made with Qatar Airways and issued through Masterfare. The difficulty accessing your booking occurred because Qatar Airways sends a one-time password (OTP) to the email address attached to the reservation, which in this case was the system-generated email used during ticket issuance.
As soon as you informed us, we contacted Masterfare and had the email address updated. This change was completed yesterday, and you are now able to log in to your Qatar Airways booking, select your seats, and request your special meals as needed.
We’re glad this has been resolved for you and remain available if you need any further assistance.

Our agent spoke with you at the time and provided the available options after the seats you were trying to book directly with Eva Air were unavailable online. You were offered a refund or an alternative flight, and you requested the alternate, which was booked for you.

You did not offer me a refund at any point. I was given 2 choices - either to pay £80 extra or keep the same price but with an alternative flight.
