We are really sorry again to hear about the situation that you found yourselves in following your doctor's advise. I'm sorry we couldn't remove the charge altogether although we hoped that the reduced charge to £50 per person did show our compassion for your situation and we hope that the rest you were able to claim on your Travel Insurance so any costs to yourself were minimised. Unfortunately as a small company, we sometimes aren't able to offer the same flexibility as British Airways for example. I hope the pregnancy goes well and you may reconsider and try us again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We have been working closely with Volotea for several years now on our programme to Majorca and Tenerife and generally receive very positive feedback. It’s very disappointing to hear that the flight wasn’t part of the enjoyable holiday experience that you should have had. Unfortunately there isn’t the option to be able to choose your seating before check-in at the airport although the check-in staff would usually always try and seat parties together especially when they are young families. I hope they managed to move around the cabin to sit together and I’m sure they will be in touch personally with their feedback. I hope this didn’t take away from your overall enjoyment in Majorca.
