Made the trip really hassle and stress free, without all the pain of connecting via gatwick. 2 hours and you're in your destination, perfect! Would definitely do again.

Its a budget airline you get what you pay for, but I'll use them again as its convenient for direct flights from Jersey

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that the check-in process in Palma was slow. We are following up your comments about the in-flight service with the airline as we always expect them to have the sufficient stocks to be able to serve clients. There may always be instances where they run out of certain items but they should service the entire plane. Please accept our apologies for this. I hope you had a great time whilst in Majorca and we might be able to help you again in the future.

Hi, thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry that there was confusion on your arrival at the airport. Usually the desk is open and the process is straight forward. We will mention to them though that the instructions in their absence weren't any help! As regards the Hotel Eden, it's great to hear that you had a good stay and that the lifeguard helped making it more fair with the sunbeds. And of course, it's great to hear that you enjoyed the direct flights :)

Direct flight to Majorca - was great and I was very happy with the price for the whole package

The flight was short and direct from Jersey giving half a day when we arrived. On the return we had to get up very early though! Cabin crew all very nice and polite.

EXCEPT - Check in at Palma which is very slow with not enough desks open, and bottle necks forming rapidly if the check in operator is slow, or if they encounter a "problem" passenger
