Boots received quickly enough but they do not fit and we have rung and emailed twice asking how to return, as the website says have to do this, and have had no response -- over three days now. Poor...

Nice rug but not exactly how I had expected - in view of my otherone.

Purchase sent 2nd class and arrived another four days later than indicated. No leg straps on rug (just fillet string) and front fasteners are buckles even though my other one (a year old) has clips...

I've just looked into your order. Not to question you at all but are you 100% sure that the delivery of this relates to us as we send everything via DPD, and I've just tracked your order and it left us on the 18th and was delivered to you on the 20th - the courier has even posted an image of the rug left outside your front door on the 20th?

If you would like please send me an email image of the leg strap / fillet strong situation and I will look into that for you.
