Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to learn the hassle and inconvenience caused trying to collect the rental vehicle you booked. On your booking voucher we do provide clear instructions on how to find the desk at this airport with Goldcar. “After collecting the luggage, go to Terminal 3 (T3) following the indications (signs for T3). In Terminal 3, go out through the main exit and on the right you will find a yellow line where the Parking Go bus stop is located.
