I would like to inform you that my QI is not really bad and I'm 100% capable to understand how to use links and so on... the matter is that we don't suppose tu use a normally excellent broker inspecting the offer with a "self-defense" approach, and the link you mention need, I repeat again, to surf 5 windows searching on everyone the small link to discover where is the final price.
Apart from this point (maybe you are correct, was my mistake to over trust Easycar) there is the extremely uncorrect attitude of the Golden Car desk people. So wath I suggest to you as customer care service... simply to TAKE CARE about customer and to don't deal with us as blind or idiot people, just apologize, put on you website the REAL price, it means the rental price + the refiling service, siply because this service is not OPTIONAL, but is MANDATORY, so is a PART OF FIX PRICE. More than this, once again, Golden Car is not a rental company correct for Easy Car level of service.
I already rent once again a car with your company yesterday, searching carefully and avoiding to be victim of Golden Car net, but is not my style of life! I don't want to spend my time protecting myself from theft! So, if in the future Golden Car will remain the "front company" of Easycar , I will change broker.
Overall and apart the GC case the services of Easycar was 100% perfect!
