late notification

Why did it take them till the very last moment to notify me where the course was being held. As if they did not know the location or just trying to be deliberately awkward

Thank you for your feedback, Course confirmation emails were sent at the time of booking and the joining instructions emailed confirming the venue and training provider details 7 days prior to the start date.
