Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you found the trainer great on the day. We’re sorry for the confusion around the course timings. We’ve reviewed communications and the course was listed correctly on our website and in the joining instructions as running from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Unfortunately, the workbook you received from the centre included incorrect times of 10:00am to 4:30pm. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and will ensure all materials are aligned going forward to avoid any mixed messages.

Good Morning Hamid, Thank you for your feedback regarding the excellent service you received from our customer service team. As we work in partnership with training centres across the UK, resit fees are determined by the individual training provider. Easybook Training offers these resits at the same rate charged directly by the centre. Following the initial course you attended, you unfortunately did not pass the 3A element due to issues relating to the safe operation and observation of the machine. As a result, it was necessary for you to reattend and complete the practical element during a live course. The training centre kindly offered this at a discounted rate of £175 + VAT. Thank you for choosing Easybook Training for your training needs. We are pleased to confirm that you have now successfully passed the training course, and your certificate will be emailed to you shortly.
