Joining instructions gave an inaccurate postcode.

Booking was ok and staff were friendly and helpful. Joining instructions were wrong. Postcode was inaccurate and caused lateness by a few minutes despite turning out extra early. When we are advised...

Our admin team have checked the postcode provided, with the training centre who delivered the course, and this does appear to be correct. We do supply our contact number with the course information to assist any delegates having difficulty finding their course venue to prevent lateness.
