This was supposed to be an easy process but certain things were missing from the emails and I had to do a lot of phoning and my operative almost missed the final exam because of this

Thank you for your email and for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I understand you spoke with a member of our team and were advised that your delegates had received their delegate information forms two days prior to the course start date. Delegates are required to personally sign these, which is why they are sent directly and not the person who books the training. When you called our office to request copies, these were emailed whilst you were on the phone to ensure receipt. We apologise for any confusion that may have been caused by the CITB course requirements, and if you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us on 01892 543000.
