My experience this time was very positive. However I booked training for an employee in January and still haven't received their certification. When I email to chase I have no response

For all course bookings, joining instructions are sent 7 to 10 days before the start date to ensure our delegates have the required information, including full venue address, start time, and any specific details that relate to the course.
