Very noisy returned analyser

Good afternoon the service regards time etc was very good and fast service however since my analyser came back to me the vacuum pump is very very noisy I contacted the rep via the only number I have...

They need to check on their delivery company!

Only a delivery problem by their nominated transport which they were able to rectify once the problem had been identified.
