Good morning Ralph, thank you for your feedback. We can see you needed the 5th year service this time which is more expensive than the standard calibration as both sensors need to be replaced. The good news is that is only every 5 years, so for the next 4 years you will just need the standard calibration that you had in the previous 4 years. Service and repair concerns

Very expensive calibration charges also equipment turn around time is too long price you pay it’s not value for money, never provide evidence of service or parts replacement just verbally on the...

Calibration & despatch was completed within 2 days as promised, but looking at the online tracking I can see that there was a delay in the couriers delivering it to you.
