Booking my Anton flue gas analyser for it's 6 year service and calibration was quick and straight forward. After service, a very quick return time by courier.

I received 2 invoices (NOT receipts) after all transactions had been completed including payment at date of order, surely you should send a receipted invoice on completion?. DPD failed to deliver...

Rapid Service

Sent my analyser, probe and printer in for service, all of them were serviced for a single fee. The lead time was excellent.

Slower than expected

Claimed a 2-day service turnaround but took 4 days. Link supplied to generate postage label didn't work. However staff was helpful in generating this for me.

Quality product, quick delivery.

Day after calibration, get an email advising of 20% off

Last year, got it calibrated. A couple of weeks after it wasn’t analysing correctly. Had to send it back - more time without it. Got it back (fixed), but with calibration date as per 1st time I got...
