Good service through the travel agent. Concern comes with the current situation of covid19. Quite surprised by the 45 % cancellation fee. Opting for future credit took some tooing and frowing to sort...

I am endeavouring to obtain a refund of my policy as my cruise was cancelled by Cunard. I wrote on 7 April, but to date have not received an answer. Hence the rating. I have used Cover-More before...

we were told due to having to cancel our trip to norfolk island that our premium would be refunded in a few weeks. To date we have not heard anything from Cover-More .
