Better than many other insurers who used the pandemic to profiteer.
It was good to receive a refund, although contacting anyone during this pandemic has been hugely difficult.

Review what? I wasn’t able to travel or cancel insurance
I called several times to cancel travel insurance and could not get through. Waited over 2 hours one day. It should be pretty obvious I couldn’t travel and asking me to review your product is a kick...

I had purchased travel insurance but due to covid 19 I was unable to travel therefore lost the money on my travel insurance.
