Terrible service!! Saleswoman promised that the bed would be assembled. It wasn't. The manager then spoke to me like an idiot and was very rude to me on the phone. Then when it was delivered there...

We are sorry if you were promised assembly of your bedstead as it states on the price ticket in store that the product is a self assembly item. Your sales person has over 20 years experience with Cousins and has a comprehensive knowledge of our delivery service. In addition, our Store Manager has a very strong Customer Service background and understands the committment that we, as a family business, must always endeavour to give our customers. This will of course be investigated further and your comments will be dealt with in a constructive manner.
We understand that your concern is now resolved and we would like you to accept our further apologies for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

Great choice and quality and excellent customer service
Ordering was easy - when delays were apparent the feedback was poor.
We had toconstanly chase oin an item which was four weeks late on a fourtenn week lead time.
