We would suggest checking your Junk/Spam mail as sometimes they can go into those boxes. If you still have not received the emailed labels, you should receive the paper copy through the post shortly. Thank you for your reply. As previously stated we have sent labels via email 3 times and we can assure you that they have been sent to the email address you have supplied. Is there an alternative email address we can send the label too? I have also arranged for another label to be emailed through today to your email address, if this fails please supply us with an alternative email address. We email returns labels on a daily bases and we never experience problems doing so. We also printed a label off and mailed to your address, please note we are a UK based company therefore mail can take up to 14 days to arrive, therefore you should receive the mailed label shortly. Please allow a bit longer for the mailed label to arrive. If this does not arrive please contact us.
