EXCELLENT

WHEN I CALLED EXPLAINING THAT I HAD TO RETURN THE SHOES YOUR REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER. HE WAS POLIET AND TALKED ME THROUGHT THE PROCESS AND DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT.

Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into this further with our Warehouse Team. Our boxes were updated pre-covid to include the message you are referring to on the flap of the box. We are sorry that you feel this is not a suitable request, however we think it is a reasonable request to ask customers to put something on their feet whilst trying on shoes. It is something that would happen in any high street store, they would give you disposable socks to put on whilst you were trying on the shoes. If we can be of any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us.

1 - YOU STATED: 'we do not give rules for trying on our footwear', then in your newest response you stated: 'boxes were updated pre-covid to include the message you are referring to' so you do give rules. 2 - yes, stores they PROVIDE thin stockings to try on shoes. I don't stock them in my home. Either way, I'm returning them because they were not comfortable.
