Excellent always helpful and efficient service always brings the coal into the garage
The coal that I received was extremely wet, and still is. I have purchased coal from you previously but never experienced this. I telephoned and spoke to Angela who said that it is normal.

The coal you purchased is a natural fuel is a little unavoidable that coal from the ground and stored outside at the depot will be wet at this time of the year. The water on the fuel is surface water and once the water has evaporated off the fuel it will burn as it should the fuel is not a sponge and it doesn't soak into the fuel, will not affect the burn of the coal once it has dried off a little.
Although there was a 2week delay in receiving order - understandable in present climate, I had no problem contacting them, upping my order & paying over phone. Have used this Company for 32 years now...
