When the ring was presented for exchange, the team found that it showed signs of wear, including significant scratching and marking around the gold dragon detail. They attempted to clean the ring in store, but unfortunately were unable to restore it to an unworn condition. Our returns policy requires items being returned for an exchange to be unworn and in their original condition, and unfortunately the team were therefore unable to exchange the ring for another size. As an alternative, they offered to arrange for the ring to be sent to our specialists to explore resizing, which we understand you chose not to proceed with. The team have confirmed that they explained the available options and apologised that they were unable to offer an exchange. We're sorry that you nevertheless left the store feeling unhappy with the interaction, as we certainly don't want any customer to feel uncomfortable when asking us for assistance.
